		<description>Minooo you are right that it gets abused by organisations and I believe that employees pick up on this, therefore it makes it harder for the employer to introduce &quot;Incentive Motivation&quot; in the future.

The best way is for an employer to be open and honest about what &quot;Incentive Motivation&quot; they use and what they can offer the employee.</description>
